Customer Club Update
As of December 14, 2022, many of the resorts offering Customer Club will now pariticate in World of Hyatt, a leading global loyalty program with more than 1,100 locations in more than 70 countries across brands like Andaz, Grand Hyatt, Hyatt Regency and more.
This means Customer Club will therefore no longer be accepting members or connected to new reservations made on or after December 14, 2022. Rest assured that any qualifying reservations made before today will still be eligible to receive all the Customer Club benefits during your stay.
You can join World of Hyatt to access exclusive benefits and rewards for your qualifying stays at all participating hotels and resorts.
